Privacy Policy
Lumenpond is designed as a quiet puzzle game that can be played without a named account, advertising, or analytics.
Information We Collect
Lumenpond does not ask players for names, email addresses, or payment information.
The app does not currently collect names, email addresses, location data, contacts, photos, gameplay analytics, advertising identifiers, crash analytics, payment information, or user-generated content.
If cloud progress sync is enabled, Lumenpond creates an anonymous account identifier through Supabase and stores game progress so your garden can be restored later on the same signed-in app installation.
Information Stored on Your Device
Lumenpond stores game progress locally on your device so you can continue your garden later. This local progress may include whether a garden has been started, the active pond, completed pond results, scores, chains, palette results, and move results for completed ponds.
This information is stored on your device using local app storage. If Supabase cloud sync is enabled, the same progress information is also sent to Supabase.
Third-Party Services
The current app does not include third-party advertising, analytics, or social SDKs. Cloud progress sync uses Supabase for anonymous authentication, database storage, and row-level access control.
If you download Lumenpond through Apple's App Store, Apple may process information related to your download, purchase, device, account, or store activity under Apple's own privacy policy. That store processing is separate from Lumenpond's in-app data practices.
Children
Lumenpond does not knowingly collect personal information from children. Cloud progress sync does not ask for names, email addresses, or other direct contact information.
Data Sharing
We do not sell or rent player personal information. Progress sync data is used for app functionality and is not shared for advertising.
Data Retention
Local game progress remains on your device until you delete the app, reset app data through your device settings, or use the in-app reset option in Settings. If cloud progress sync is enabled, the in-app reset also deletes progress snapshots and level results stored in Supabase for the current anonymous session and signs the app out of that local anonymous session. A remaining anonymous authentication record, if any, can be deleted through a support request.
Your Choices
You can remove locally stored progress by deleting the app, clearing the app's local data through your device settings, or using Settings reset. If cloud progress sync is enabled, Settings reset also clears cloud progress rows for the current anonymous session. To request deletion of any remaining anonymous authentication record, contact support.
Changes to This Policy
If Lumenpond adds features that collect or share additional data, such as named accounts, analytics, crash reporting, ads, leaderboards, purchases, support forms, or networked content, this policy will be updated before those features ship.
