Privacy Policy

Lumenpond is designed as a quiet puzzle game that can be played without an account, advertising, analytics, or cloud sync.

Information We Collect

Lumenpond does not collect personal information from players.

The app does not currently collect names, email addresses, account identifiers, location data, contacts, photos, gameplay analytics, advertising identifiers, crash analytics, payment information, or user-generated content.

Information Stored on Your Device

Lumenpond stores game progress locally on your device so you can continue your garden later. This local progress may include whether a garden has been started, the active pond, completed pond results, scores, chains, palette results, and move results for completed ponds.

This information is stored on your device using local app storage. It is not sent to us.

Third-Party Services

The current app does not include third-party advertising, analytics, or social SDKs.

If you download Lumenpond through an app store, Apple, Google, or another store provider may process information related to your download, purchase, device, account, or store activity under their own privacy policies. That store processing is separate from Lumenpond's in-app data practices.

Children

Lumenpond does not knowingly collect personal information from children. Because the current app does not collect personal information from any player, there is no child personal information for us to review, sell, or share.

Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share player personal information because Lumenpond does not collect player personal information.

Data Retention

Local game progress remains on your device until you delete the app, reset app data through your device settings, or use any future in-app reset option.

Your Choices

You can remove locally stored progress by deleting the app or clearing the app's local data through your device settings. A future version may add an in-app reset option.

Changes to This Policy

If Lumenpond adds features that collect or share data, such as accounts, cloud saves, analytics, crash reporting, ads, leaderboards, purchases, support forms, or networked content, this policy will be updated before those features ship.
